Ian’s specialist focus is on working on a one-to-one basis with key executives and employees: coaching them through times of change and enabling them to proactively develop solutions to move forward. His experience of start-ups, rapid growth, consolidation and mergers means that Ian understands the impact of these changes on people at all levels. Ian is also a Director of his own specialist International Relocation company, allowing him to keep one foot in the “real world” of the corporate boardroom.  His advice and support is based on life experience built up over more than 35 years in the business world.
